The South Yarra Spark
In 2013, inside a small apartment on 37 Fitzgerald Street, South South Yarra, co-founders Jay Bulma and Michele RS sat down after dinner with a shared realization. The domestic maintenance sector had a massive human flaw: sincerity was near zero, and there was an overwhelming lack of baseline gratitude for clients investing their hard-earned money.
We decided to launch a label that would bring uncompromised appreciation, unconditional respect, and authentic care back to property preservation. That night, the Whole Detail stamp was born. Michele hand-designed our very first corporate logo right there on a simple Word document—featuring our legacy orange core, a symbol of the warm, focused energy we still bring to every property today.
