How much does it cost to clean my house on a fixed price cleaning?
We have crunched down the numbers and created fixed pricing for almost every single cleaning service we provide. All our fixed priced cleaning services are determined by space, size, and number of tasks completed for each service, whether Full House Cleaning, Additional Cleaning, or Partial Cleaning at your home.
What if my cleaning takes longer than the duration guaranteed with fixed price cleaning?
We have put 1000s of cleaning services provided into calculation and created our time guideline and limitations for our fixed price cleaning services. We love all our customers, that’s why we always allow 25% additional time to your service with NO EXTRA CHARGE. (Eg. 2 hours service will be extended up to 2.5 hours. See full table to find out more). We have added your pocket and fairness to our experienced cleaners into consideration.
Are there any Weekend/Public Holiday charges?
NO, NEVER. Whole Detail has a strict pricing policy of the same price 365 days a year for any cleaning services provided by us.
How can I pay my cleaning bookings?
We have multiple payment options including Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, in person (via POS). Due to safety, health, and privacy, we DO NOT accept cash payments.
How long does it take cleaning of...?
Although time spent at a particular cleaning service depends on size, space, and inclusion of the service booked, the full timeline guide can be found here for all cleaning services provided by us.
Does my location affect the total cost of my cleaning?
O, NEVER. Whole Detail has strict same price for any services provided in all locations.
What do you clean with fixed pricing?
lmost everything. We have fixed pricing for most of our cleaning services; however, some services can only be provided by the hour (NDIS, TAC, WORKCOVER, etc.) because of the nature of them.
What are the time limits for fixed price cleaning?
