How many hours will my cleaning session take?Although it varies depending on the entry conditions to the property, we always aim to deliver service as quick as within 2 hours.

Can I request same cleaners?Yes, absolutely. Whole Detail always works to excel at customer service. As long as preferred cleaners available you will be prioritised.

Is there any upfront payment?Most WD Domestic services available for booking with $99 deposit.

Can I add on additional services without upfront payment?Yes, you can. Please mention what additional services you would like to add during checkout process on the notes section then we will update your booking manually.
